Really good recipe, I used chicken and chicken stock instead of beef and it was still really good, thanks . I cannot even begin to say how much I love this recipe. So delicious. I did end up using only about half of the sauce for this meal, but it was so good I am buying more beef to make it again! My toddler loves it, my husband loves it, and I love it. I’ve made this with top sirloin which is usually closer to a pound, and it’s just as good, and usually cheaper. I left out the red pepper flakes since we have little ones.
